These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of directionrecovery.com and related online services (the "Site") operated by Direction Recovery, Inc.. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is not medical care

The Site provides general information about opioid use disorder and our program. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider-patient relationship. Medical care is provided only after you enroll as a patient with Direction Recovery Medical Group, PLLC and its licensed clinicians, under a separate patient agreement and informed consent.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or request services. Services are currently available only to residents of the states listed on the Site.

Requesting a call

Submitting a form is a request for contact, not an appointment or a guarantee of treatment. Whether treatment is appropriate is decided by a licensed clinician after an evaluation. We may decline to provide services when they are not clinically appropriate or not available in your state.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Do not use the Site to harm, harass, or impersonate others, or to interfere with its operation.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and, for patients, our Notice of Privacy Practices describe how we handle your information and are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Direction Recovery, Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. "Direction Recovery" and the compass logo are trademarks of Direction Recovery, Inc.. Suboxone® is a registered trademark of Indivior UK Limited and is used here only to identify the medication. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Information may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direction Recovery, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. This section does not limit liability for medical care provided under a separate patient agreement, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
