Billing through RevWell
Add revenue cycle management to any plan. RevWell handles charge entry, claim submission, denials, appeals, and collections for MAT and behavioral health, and reports to you monthly. You pay a percentage of what we collect, so if you don't get paid, neither do we.
Prices are per practice. Annual plans get two months free and no setup fee. Group pricing starts at $3,000/mo and is quoted by provider count and locations.

How the billing add-on works
RevWell charges a percentage of what it collects on your behalf: 5% to 7% depending on your monthly claim volume and payer mix. Medicaid-heavy practices with steady volume land at the low end; small or commercial-heavy panels at the high end.
It covers charge entry, claim submission, denial management, appeals, patient statements, and a monthly collections report. Payer credentialing support is included on Practice and Group plans.
Because the fee is a percentage of collections, you don't pay for claims that don't get paid.

- Clinical staff, malpractice, and licensing fees
- Lab and drug-screen cup costs
- Third-party telehealth video platform, if you don't already have one
- Custom development outside the platform (quoted separately)
Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee?
Not on annual plans. Month-to-month plans have a one-time onboarding fee equal to one month's subscription, which covers the site build and workflow configuration.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing date.
What counts as a provider?
Anyone with prescribing authority who sees patients on the platform. Counselors, peer specialists, and front-desk staff are unlimited on all plans.
Do you offer a discount for FQHCs or nonprofits?
Yes. Ask us when you book a demo.
Can I start with just the website?
The Launch plan is the smallest package we offer, and it includes the pipeline and compliance tools because the website alone doesn't solve the problem. If you only need a site, we'll point you to a web designer.
