How we measure success
Recovery programs should be judged on results, not promises. These are the numbers we track for every patient and will publish every year.
Hours from first contact to prescription at the pharmacy. Target: under 24 hours for most patients.
The share of patients still in treatment. Retention is the single best predictor of survival in opioid use disorder.
Whether patients are taking their medication as prescribed, the flip side of monitoring for other substances.
Reported by patients and, with consent, from partners. The number we most want to drive to zero.
Sessions attended versus scheduled. Engagement, not perfection.
Employment, stable housing, and resolved legal issues at 6 and 12 months, tracked by our recovery specialists.
Why we publish this
Payers, referral partners, and patients all deserve to know whether a program works. We report our numbers annually, compared with national benchmarks, and we report the bad ones too.
Our first outcomes report will be published after our first full year of operation.
The benchmark we're chasing
National retention in buprenorphine treatment at 6 months is commonly reported around 40–50 percent. Programs that combine medication, counseling, and practical support consistently do better. That combination is our whole model.
