Insurance and cost
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance in every state we serve, and we have a self-pay option if you're uninsured. Cost will not be the reason you don't get treatment.
Medicaid
Accepted in West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky, including every managed care plan. Suboxone and visits are usually covered at no cost to you.
Medicare
Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. Video visits and buprenorphine are covered benefits.
Commercial insurance
Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Highmark Health Options, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, and most employer plans. We'll verify your benefits before your first visit.
If you don't have insurance
Two options, and we'll help you with both:
- We help you apply for Medicaid. Many people who think they don't qualify do. Our team walks you through the application, usually in one call.
- Self-pay: $75 per visit. That covers your provider visit; counseling, messaging, and at-home screens are included in the program. Medication is paid at the pharmacy, and generic buprenorphine/naloxone is often under $100 a month with a discount card such as GoodRx.

Some plans require prior authorization for brand-name Suboxone films. We handle that paperwork; you shouldn't have to.
