Open roles

Physician (MD/DO), Addiction Medicine

Part-time or full-time · Remote · WV license required; OH/KY a plus

Provide video visits, manage buprenorphine treatment, and help shape clinical protocols. DEA registration required. Board certification in addiction medicine or psychiatry preferred.

Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PMHNP)

Full-time · Remote · WV, OH, or KY license

Video visits, prescribing, patient messaging, and refill management. Experience with MAT strongly preferred; we'll train the right candidate.

Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LICSW)

Full-time · Remote · WV, OH, or KY license

Individual and group counseling by video. You'll carry a caseload and stay with your patients through the program.

Peer Recovery Specialist

Full-time · Huntington or remote

Lived experience required. Help patients with rides, housing, jobs, court dates, Medicaid renewals, and the moments between visits.

Intake Coordinator

Full-time · Huntington · Mon–Fri 8am–4pm ET

First voice patients hear. Answer calls, verify insurance, schedule visits, and follow up with people who started online.
